In an afternoon he says casually!!!

I don't know which is more amazing, the custom or the turnaround time!

Seriously though, well done bud. If I had one crit it would be the pteradon mode beak; it seems too thin and rounded to me. But I know how difficult it is getting the exact curved contours you need, it's probably the most difficult aspect of scratch building.

Cheers man, the Pteradon parts are from a Zoid Gravity Ptera that have been modded to fit the fig so the only time I touched the beak was to paint it!

Cheers man, the thing I like about it most is the wingspan. In pics it just doesn't do him justice but it just fits in a Detolf tip to tip

Yup...borrowed from Scotscream's version They suit the figure down to a tee and are absolutely perfect in size.

I has found some nice metallic gold paint whilst out this morning, when I get back home again later I'll get the relevant parts painted and get updated pics on. Looking at the claws on MP Grimmys feet and it should look like that. We shall see!

OK painted with the metallic gold I found:

and pics of feet in dino mode (the hands do fold in for a more sleek look but it was just a quick photo to show feet position):

Not sure on the gold. In the cartoon he was obviously bright yellow so I'm quite conflicted. He does match with MP Grimlock better but I dunno......thoughts?

I did Mp Slag recently, but wat to make changes to it. I will be making a complete set, except for Grimlock cuz I have the ToyRUs version. I went for a less kible approach on MP Slag, with a modified transformation, getting rid of the pig ugly (only my opinion) dino leg kibble. It came second in the Sector70 Dinobot challange the other month.

How about yourself, are you planning on doing the others?
