Sadly I can't say it really makes the mould good, but it's certainly an improvement. If I ever see him on sale I'll try this.

Awesome work, now I've got a reference for the back end.   What color did you go with for the "maroon"? I'm going to try Scab Red, a bit darker than the factory and really close to what you've used. It is a really good paintjob. I think both your Doc-bots changed people's minds after they saw they could be made so much better looking.

I have a little theory about Hasbro. I think they're realizing how awesome the custom community is. They save tons of money each year producing figures with little paint apps knowing that people like Cheetimus are going to pimp them out. Great job again! If I could only find one of these guys to try this myself.

 

I wish I could go for this auction, but I already blew my toy budget. You make it kinda hard to be happy with these figures way they are.

 

What color did you use for the darker red? Was it a particular brand?

This is the single most amazing Prime custom I have ever seen.

I have found out the hard way doing so will rub the hood vents' paint. Since it may still be curing that may be why he didn't do it in the pics.
