Code Name = Toxo Lord
Real Name = General Cyrus Lynch
Toxo-Viper Commander.

Cyrus Lynch was considered to be one of Cobra Commanders Cruelest Generals. He had no problem using fear and pain to keep his units under his control. Cyrus was moving well up the ranks of becoming one of Cobra Commanders Lead Officers. That is until Dr. Z framed him for the Compound Z outbreak. Now Known as Toxo-Lord, Cyrus is leads the lowest of the low. His team does what they can to maintain control of the monstrosities, while Cyrus himself does his part to ensure the rest of his men keep from turning into Zombies themselves. The Toxo-lord uses top of the line Tech to keep him from suffering the same fate as the leaky suit brigade. He also took nano technology to develop a camouflage which makes him invisible to the zombies. The nano bots in his suit also allow him to glide for short distances incase he must make a Hasty Retreat. Cyrus longs for the day he can return to his original post but until then he is satisfied to watch the eyes of any Joe he captures as they turn from Heroes, into the undead.

the wings do look kinda out of place,being so dark while the rest of him is all early 90's retro toxic viper-ish

I agree, and it defeats the purpose of any kind of "camouflage" really. I think if you loose the wings, the figure will be more solid.

I also think that the newer Joes have a bit more "grittiness" to their paint applications. I'd recommend really getting in there (maybe even as simple as some dry brushing or a wash) to pull out those sculpted details.
