Though I think these Megatron head on Prime body customs might need more spikes or something to further remove them from looking like... well, Megatron heads on Prime bodies. I'm not trying to take anything away from your good work, just my 2 cents.

 

That is excellent! You even gave him the G1 cock-trigger increased peen size effect.

Thanks all for the comments. really appreciate it. This custom took me a full day to do, which includes customizing the parts and priming and painting.
As for the flat alt mode, I will try to address it with some decals or stripes later, depending on my inspiration.

There are actually some subtle differences between the original Voyager Prime mold, here are the extent of very minor mods I did to make him slightly different from Prime.

Actually, I was kind of thinking along the same lines: silver truck with black lower parts turning into a silver/black robot. But I was thinking of Motormaster and not Megatron. Might have to buy a Prime figure afteral to do this

Looking good, bot mode is fantastic, the truck mode needs something but you already said you're looking to do something for it.
