Hi all i have now moved into my workshop so will be back hitting my mp range hard.

Here is the alt mode for swoop

 

very impressed with the G1 styled Swoop in dino mode. The legs tuck away nicely and form the body really well.

The rams look fine tucked under the wings. Not really noticable at all.

Looking forward to see robot mode.. Ohh, the gun in the mouth. Yeah man, nice touch

 

Hey man, got my Snarl comin in the mail! Now I need your versions of Swoop and Sludge to complete the set brotha!

This swoop is turning out nice! My only suggestion is to really start thinking about what kind of detail panels can be used on the wings/legs and body sculpt. The more pieces of detail you can fit on a MP figure the better in my opinion. Keep it up man! You know you'll be gettin more of my money, right?!!!!!

Wow it has been ages but now that the insecticons are done here is a much waited for update.

made a prototype arm using shapeways with the much needed detail but was a tad to big but i have learnt tones from the prototype. i fist painted it to see where paint wear was scoring and i have come up with a new joint that should have not paint wear but with be very tight! I then cut it up and got an idea of what the arm will look like. it is not the finished piece just a look.

I Have added detail to the wings but this is just a small update more coming soon.

I also have loads of 3d work coming after Xmas as it looks like i will be spending a large amount of my time in the 3d world.

massive update of the swoop army.

Still a way off and will be re shaping the arms and hope you guys like.

I am looking for numbers at this stage and will not hold you to it. The more that i can sell the cheaper i will be able to produce them.

I really like how this is coming out... the wing detail is awesome ! But there are somethings that stand out to me.....and it maybe to late to change (if you even wanted too)
1: in the 7th picture down from the top the chest detail dosn't match up/spaced the same/even
2: I think the wings are too thick .

And let me say that I don't think I could do better , it's just that I noticed them.
Keep up the great work dude !
