This...this is brilliant. I'd been wondering how it would be possible to work the tentacles in, but a septic tank...not only that, but he can provide transport for Oil Slick's noxious mixtures without arousing suspicion.

Nope. They're made of rubber with jeweler's wire in the middle for poseability. If I tried to cut or file them it wouldn't end well.

Yeah, that's just one thing I'm not happy with on the tank. But with mass effect 3 coming out I knew I'd never get it done if I tried to strip and refinish the thing.

Given that he's a septic tank, you'd want to make little nozzles for the ends instead of making them sharp. As it is, a styrene tube cut short and glued to the end out make a great cuff for attaching nozzles. Think Fire Hose rather than Doomtongue.
