Honestly, I'm not 100% sure, since it's been a while since I've had this figure out of its box in my hands.

In theory, yes, since these are just attached to the normal arm ball-joints, and you should be able to fold them up so that they nest out of the way in truckmode. However, I'm not sure if the positioning will look good, because normally those ball-joints sit lower... so these arms will probably look too stretched out. Also, not sure if the Sstreaker/Sswipe shoulders will fit at the right angle when the chest is transformed properly.

Again, if I didn't have my stuff packed away from the move, I might be able to dig it out to check, but the timing isn't great now, sorry.
