3-27-12 update Thanks! I added a couple pieces to the top of Hound's head and more BB Bee pieces to his thighs... This may be my last update for a while. I've been getting busier at work and might not be able to work on him as much. If that's the case, I'll wait until I'm done with my Ark then take him home and work on him there...
I' m diggin the additions to the legs. Nice touch. Whats the plan with the feet?....I noticed that they have been modded....
Yeah, it didn't show up too well in this pic, but I cut an area on the inner top and put some pieces from my other custom left overs in there. I may do some similar things on other areas of the feet if I can, but there's not much room to work with. The fit in alt mode with the feet and legs is pretty tight, and there are a lot of moving parts involved...
Legs done, hands and jaw added! Big update! Aside from adding Apoxie Sculpt and Liquid Green Stuff, I believe Hound's legs are complete! I also gave Hound a jaw. I know it looks like a silly smile now, but when I take him home I plan to use a soldering iron and gently melt those plastic pieces into better shapes. Then of course painting will help... I also gave him his hands. I switched around the Lego piece I was going to use as a Mech Tech port for his wrist. I'll have to give him new ports, probably on his upper arms... The hands shouldn't be as obvious in vehicle mode after I paint them... Next I plan to decorate and mod his arms and hands some more...

Updated arms... I've done some work on the arms, including moving the Mech Tech ports up to his biceps. If you look closely at his chest, you can also see I clipped off some of the jeep fronts that were showing below his bumper when they're twisted...
Started painting... Now that I'm done with my Cyberverse Ark thrusters, I've gone back this project. I started painting some black and silver and will continue to do some clean-up as I paint. I ordered a green online that I thought would match, but is way off. When the time comes I'll try mixing in some other colors to see if I can get it to match better...

Awesome work man, really haven't like to many of the Hound customs i seen but this one brings back my faith in a possible awesome Hound Custom, keep up the good work man! Can't wait to see more from ya
Thank you! I did some sanding on him last night. He'll probably need some more apoxie sculpt and maybe some liquid green stuff to rough out some more edges...
9-27-12 update Here are some pics after some more painting, including a close-up of his face. When I work on him I'm alternating between sanding/fine-tuning and painting. Once I get done with all the silver I plan on mixing some green to add some more color to his robot mode, including his face. I'll also probably use some gold and black here and there...
I'm sure once you get it all finished up, and add in those detail colors you mentioned, you're gonna be ore than happy with it.
