been wanting to get into the kitbashing was going to start a omega thats based on space shuttle, and lunch pad but i think im going to start off with scorponok i made a card board model to play round with scale and how to tackle the build here is what i came up with

 

Looks like a good start. What do you plan on building him out of? I think Styrene and some larg scale bots would work well for parts.

VERY NICE! I decided to make a big project 4 my first kitbash also. It seems u have a very solid plan 4 ur build. I really hope things go smoothly 4 u and work out how u plan. I wish u the best with ur project though man enjoy it!

 

im going to use wood, styrene, and plex glass i do metal work so ive lookin at gears n hinges and small lazy susians to make all the joints every things going to have to be manufactured im thinkin plus i want to add leds and im thinkin i have a ton of the lego motors to gun turrets n such make them move or rotate

working on the joints for the arms, hands legs hips and such now then will start the body n then the legs arms n tail try'n to find a TF that can be the head/headmaster
