HI Everyone, You probably saw my last Swoop builds, sadley I have them no more. Hence making yet another one, but this one will be with a difference.

Scotscream is currently doing an MP Swoop also, it is looking really G1 like so far. So I thought I would tweat my version adding Silerbolt to it for a closer G1 effect.

Ive stripped the Seeker down and then added Silverbolt legs to it. Also gonna disect the chest, skirt armour, shoulders and side adominals bits on to the seeker base.

The reason I want to go to all this to have the G1 effect with the arms the tuck away nicely in like the do in my other MP Swoops

Not sure about the wings, I might go down the same route as Scotscream wing Megatrons wings. I bought them ages ago, but umming and arring about whether to stick with my original MP wing design inspiared my heirofthedog.

The Dino head, wings and back are just to help see where it going. It rough stage at the mo, loads of work.

Ive a long wa to go, Only started this tonight.

Great minds think a like, I started play with a seeker and rhino zoids for parts for an MP Slag. Its like we are thinking the same. Ive only tinkered the idea, not put much into it yet. Id love to see what you are doing in regards to your slag. See if I can further my plans with it. Then I wanted to use Redhorn for MP Snarl afterwards.

Im doing like 3 projects at the moment. MP Shockwave, Mp Swoop and a generations size swoop (which is quite cute). The little swoop is a bit of fun to try and improve on the original G1 version...

I make for this wing design another section for huge wing span and extra articulation. Watch this space.

I havent thought any further on MP scale dinobots. I have a ToyRUs MP Grimlock, so no need to make one of them. But Sludge, I havent even though of that one yet. But my personal ideal was and is to make the MP dinobots transformable too. I will be using seeker base for Slag and Snarl (hopefully).

Hey thanks Jetcracker, i hope this build wont disapoint you!

Tansplanted Silverbolt waiste section onto seeker base, and one of the chest pieces is done. I would like to do the other side to the chest and then transplant Silverbolt mid section to the seeker mould. Gotto trim the arms down and transplant the Silbolt shoulders onto this kitbash too.

What do you think so far?

    Hey thank Pun-3X

Last night i did the other chest piece and transplanted the side adominals. I will post a pic later. Going out right now.

Tonight I would like to try and transplant silver bolt shoulder armour and if I have time narrow the arm. Then I will be rebuilding the both heads (dino and robot) and redoing the wings new with the back piece.

    All the best

    Here and update.

Ive shaved the arms down and started on working on the head and back section of the jet.

I dont want to use the old Swoop parts which I have been displaying this WIP with, so I would like to make the whole figure a new build.

As you ccan see I have cut the cockpit quite far back and shaved the inside out as much as possible so the head can tuck away nicely inside. I have decided not to put the shoulders from Silverbolt onto the seeker base, one because it wasnt big enough and I thought it didnt look that great either. I looked at the G1 character from the cartoon and his shoulders are square, but the G1 toy were angled a bit.

If you are attempting this build yourself. It is important to try and leave the tabs at the end of the cut so you can attatch the Dino head securely. Still an art to do and make it secure. I have a formula for this proceedure which has been achieved twice befor on previous builds like this.

As you can see, I have a silver plate above the waiste area, and the hope of this will be to cover the gaps behind beak in robot mode. It is in planning stage at the mo this bit, but my thought is to have it on a hinge which willfold forward to allow the arms to tuck away the fold it back over the hands in the alt mod. I hope this idea work, it will completely hide them and just be a good addition to this Masterpiece Swoop.
I want to change the joints in the hips to a cross breed Neo Shifter/Lego Knights Kingdom I like to make. Then take the rachet joints out of both knee's, this will make him super posable (I hope thats a word!),

Finally a quick pic to you can see the 2 figures which are blended together. LOL! I could call him Frankenstien Swoop, haha only joking.

Attatched the piece with a couple of pins and glue to make the tummy bit above the waiste solid. Also filed it down to make it thinner to allow the hands to fit in. Then I had to reshape it so the dino head would sit snug up to it too and the hands tuck away nicely behind it in the alt mode.

Started working in the dino/alt head. The open section where the robot head tucks away is part of the alt head. I need to built that with some zoids and seeker bits.

Ive shown pics of both modes so you can appreciate where its going.

    Okay people

Ive built the dino head up and managed to have the robot mode without a gap in the torso/tummy area. Put the ball joints and the bacl panel.

Heres a pic, and I will do another update tomorrow. I would like to slim down the skirt armour because they seem to be a bit on the thick side and put the new leg joints in.

Had to do a serious mod to trim the waiste line down. Wings attatched but need extra segmant making, then filling in gthe rest and adding 3D autobot sybols to them.

Tweaked the shoulders and done his bum to. I will fill the back of the legs, making flaps that fold open for alt mode to cover gap between legs and back.

Modded the tops of the legs, did my signature leg/hip mod.

Long way to go, but heres a pic update.

I've seen MP Swoops made out of Silverbolt and versions made from Skywarp. This is the first time any ones built one out of both. I'm finding I like this best as it's squared up really nicely. Took me a sec to see you've got the Skywarp waist and upper leg while using Silverbolts lower leg. Very different, very nice, and very solid work d00d.

Hey thanks very much. The wiaste is rebuilt with both Silverbolt and Skywarp. I used the Skywarp skirt amour and the shaved them down and then slimmed down the silverbolt waiste and stuck them on top.

I love this build and would like to do it again. Its has been full of challanges but I think I would be able to reproduce ot again with the same parts.

    Fun, fun, fun
