| Slightly Insane Join Date: Mar 2011 Posts: 419 Location: Welshpool Collection Count: 250 & counting | Rotorstorm This was my entry for the Sector 70 G2 repaint challenge. I know that this has been done many times, but he was on my to do list and I had the mold in hand so I went ahead. No mods involved here, just the stock figure and head. I was going to use a E. Starscream head, but I realised I'd end up wrecking the Starscream head, plus by that point I'd already painted the stock head. My Collection - updated 07-02-13 |

Seriously though, I think was a cool choice to work with, and I especially like how the yellow stands out & how you've made it a point to add differing detail to places that could easily have just been done with gray or something. Also, and while I know this isn't exactly a new thing or whatnot, I think it's cool that you went pretty light on the rough appeal, as to keep it in line with your G2 intent. |

| Airachnid's ratservant Join Date: Apr 2011 Posts: 14,378 Location: The Canadian West News Credits: 1 | Well for example, lets look at the 2nd last picture, and how the rear fan or whatever's colour matches that of the outer blades... but looks to be a lot darker/scuffier, which makes sense couse you'd expect it to be dirtier. |
