Any chance of you doing a PCC Heavytread to Brawl set with connection point for Bruticus?

He just looks so go with him and specially with the FP Limbs, I am about to cave and hack up some extra figures to make a knee and connector for him, but I really don't want to hack about perfectly good figures, so heres hoping for one lol

Any pics of the superion arms on superion colored/painted? I'm torn about these as they are pricey.

As per TD1, he's extending the store as quite a number of folks are trying to get their order after the new year... and some of us get paid after the New Year... ;)

Cool. TBH not sure why he can't just leave it open. Still, I finally bought my long-overdue set he made a few months back. The G2 Prime Upgrade kit will help further differentiate the regular Prime from the SG DIA Tanker that's coming out soon. XD

(Not to mention the fun addons for PCCs and other items in my batch.)

Glad to see I could still order! I finally went for the Hercules thigh extensions. I didn't dare put it off longer!

What it comes down to is customer service. I get alot of PMs and emails about my products. If I feel I can't provide the service that I personally feel is acceptable, I will not keep it open. Right now things have slowed down at home where I can keep the store open for a while longer. But i'm sure that will change shortly and I cannot provide a 2nd rate service.

    I see. Good man.

Presumably I'll get my batch of goodies shipped out the 16th... can't wait. Maybe by the time I receive it I'll get the SG DIA Tanker... have two *very* different looking Tanker Primes with your set. XD

Just got these in today in WSF Polished. The polishing makes them looks pretty darn good as is... albeit some pegs seem a bit tigher... nothing a bit of sanding won't fix tho.

Just a question though... what's the safest way to pick apart the few bits on the matrix? I see the crystal and two of the pins are still attached to one another... Don't wanna break it. >_<

If/when I get some PCCs out... I'll take a few pictures of these... wish I requested more adapters on that batch you made ages ago, heh... here's hoping the store is open long enough for me to get another batch.

    Cheers.

I get the impression you haven't tested the Polished connector pieces with your PCCs yet? I ordered the same parts last year, and nothing fit -- the polishing process actually takes things down by a few milimeters (it goes into a tumbler), and really messes with how well things hold.

I tried the painting + superglue route, and with another set, just markering them black + Future Floor Polish. Still kind of iffy-hold.

Be sure to post pics of the approach you take, I'd be interested to see how it turns out.

This is my biggest problem with Shapeways. Due to their printing process, it's hard to tell how stuff will come out for everybody else. It might be fine for you but the next guy might have tolerance issues.
I usually use a blade from a box cutter but a pair of wire cutters should do the same. With the matrix crystal, make sure you clean out the inside of it prior installation. Also, GENTLY push the crystal on the handles.

Again, tolerance is a pain in the butt with Shapeways. Which parts gave you the biggest problems?
And FYI, I didn't notice until recently but the PCC connectors on the Commanders have a variable tolerance as well. I can't get my PCC Huffer to attach to any of my parts(or PCC Drones) due to his blue blocks being too thick but my Crankcase works just fine.

And typing with a baby in my arms is FN HARD! LOL

The Female-female PCC extenders, and the PCC Commander - > Commander leg adapters. If a figure was sitting on a shelf, it worked, but pick it up, and it'd just fall out. Disapointing - it's the main reason why I abandoned most PCC based customs - just too frustrating, even with some sealant/thickening on the adapter parts.

The unpolished versions of the Bruticus shoulders I bought a while back (and used here with my Rolling Thunder Prime combiner) work ok though. It's the un targeted polishing (removing some inside AND outside) that kills it.

Yea... the long Combiner bits were the only really loose bits... the center slot was a *really* tight fit, while the longer portions were pretty lose. Slipped a piece of paper in them, and bam, good. So I'll eventually need to put some of the Future Floor Polish or something to make it solid.

The guns were somewhat loose... but nothing too bad. The remaining PCC connectors were actually quite tight fitting. Could use a smidge of sanding inside and yea, they're golden.

All in all though... I want more... don't close the shop anytime soon please! (Gonna need another month or two before I can buy anything. T_T)

Had a bit too much fun with these new parts...

Here's what they look like... front/back view should help anyone trying out the arm/leg modes. Gotta say, Crankcase is a great bot to use in *any* mode... and Undertow makes a pretty darn good arm mode. Both are almost the same length too.

With the aid of some Junkion Blacksmith weapons... this gestalt is armed to the teeth.
(BTW, anyone got a good name for this BEAST?)

I managed to replace the core with the venerable Heavy Tread too:

Note that I put Bombshock as an arm for the 3rd shot... arm's length is huuuge... gorilla arm.

Neckbreaker over-weaponized... now with a handy drill just because... (digibashed the cheesy chrome effect in.)

Last but not least... Prime with the new abdomen. I like it... will help further differentiate this deco with the upcoming SG Tanker kits.

    Glad you like em.

Played with them some more... Managed to make servicable arm and leg modes for all the bots.

Smolder's arm mode is a bit wonky... if the PCC port was on this foot rather than his knee, it'd be much better. Best arms are easily Crankcase and Undertow... Bombshock and Icepick made decent arm... but are gorilla-length so... eh... idk.

Here's a group shot of all the bots using the bits of TFC Infinity Warfare armaments and all the pieces used for the combiner as standalone attachments/weaponry... then two versions of the Gestalt:

Oh thought of the name for these... Decepticon Scramble Corps: Team Dread One. :lol

I'm curious about that too. It looks like a grouping of different prices for a combined order -- but there's stuff in there like the wheel hubs I've not seen before.

    Humbled by your generosity!

A little personal project that I've been working on. Probably not going to release it to the public.
    Here's a teaser ;)
