Thanks guys. I'll also be working on some hands for the PCC to go along with set. If anybody has any ideas that goes along with this, let me know.

I'm pretty glad you are doing this cuz I have received requests for something similar...If I understand correct, are those adaptors for male to male connections?

I think the length could be shortened somemore so the limbs don't hang out too far from the torso. He's looking pretty jabberwockish now.

    Nice work :thumb

Yup, male to male. I just got the parts a few hours ago so lemme take a look and see of I can make the connector shorter.

Oh man, I want some of these. :3c Another idea could be maybe add some minicon ports so they can store away in robot/vehicle modes? Maybe do the same with the hands as well? Or instead, maybe have them look like guns, since most of the PCC guys are unarmed without their minicons.

You have just filled a huge void.

I was in the process of considering casting Energon ports for several project I am working on...once those are released I don't have to consider that any more.

The "foots" you have listed...will those work for Energon size or PPC?

Not a bad idea. I'll see what I can incorporate.
Energon sized. One I have a hard copy, I'll release all the details on it.

Ha ha, sure. Just save some of it for the other stuff I got planned. :D

Nice work! I've got some PCC related upgrade stuff myself. Regarding the male to male connectors, to shorten them perhaps an "over-under" configuration might help.

    Imagine a cinderblock:

I hope you continue your PCC upgrade work. mine will be more labor intensive as I'm not a fan of Shapeways "finish". (Although I realize they are intended for prototyping)

I will be aiming to inject mold ABS parts for my stuff.

Pretty cool! You should totally make some fists to plug onto those Pcc ports.

Thought about the over-under configuration but I felt it would make the arms too high or too low. If you try messing around with the configurations, you can make the arms a little closer to the center bot. The pics below should show you what I mean.

Thanks! Working on the hands today.

Here is a new configuration that I came up with.

Was just thinking, could we break up the silhouette of those pieces by making them more kneepad-like and/or shoulder-pad-like? The clean, blocky appearance seemed a bit strong right now I keep having the impression they are walking on stilts. You know what I mean?

I'd design them to keep the cost down. I'll look into making "sets" for the shoulders and knees.

I have uploaded some hands and guns to go along with the PCC ports if you need them.

There are few new items for sale in my store:
    PCC Fists
    PCC Guns
PCC Fist & Gun combo pack.

The guns and fist combine so when you have your bot in either standard robot mode or in alt mode, there will be a place to store them.

Hmmmm.I don't mind shoulders being a bit high in relation to the head, gives a sense of mass, largeness, and power. Alternatively the over-under config could easily be rotated to be a front-back, may look better anyhow. Quite a few of the Commander modes have the shoulders a tad bit back in relation to the head.

I'll have to ask the commissioner if he would prefer these.

    Pretty cool.

Smolder and the jet make pretty darn good legs like that. Only gripe with Smolder is that it looks off-center, but can't be helped I suppose unless you made a 2-to-1 adapter I suppose.

Another thing you should try is also an adapter that is one female, and the other a hand.

Either way... this really is what PCC should've been. Not the stupid drones.

Once my other projects are done, I'll take a stab at creating an alternate shoulder port and see if this is feasible.

I think i've come up with a way to solve the off center issue. I've uploaded the design on my site and put it up for sale.
The way the new leg port would work is that the center bot would slide his PCC leg port into the center of the connector. The 2 opening on the sides are for the leg guys to slide male connectors onto both ends.

    How does this look?
