The Hercules upgrade is just the beginning. Wait until you see.....;)
Yup. I have plans for all of the Energon combiners to use these feet. Just keep an eye out for updates.

They are similar to the G1 style combiner fists. I kept them simple due to the fact that the PCC Commanders varies from mold to mold. If there is a big enough demand for articulated hands for the PCCs, then i'll see what I can do for everybody.
And yes, the guns are removable.

Tomorrow I will have better, detailed pictures of all of the newly released products at this feedback thread- http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/commi...apeways-information-feedback.html#post6660434

Articulated hands for the PCCs would be great.

That's just awesome. With Energon/PCC cross compatibility we have enough molds to make:

-Devastator: 3 energon molds + PCC Sledge and Steamhammer

-Menasor: Crankcase, Leadfoot, Doubleclutch, Mudslinger, Smolder

Looks good. Hm... you should add a cover for the PCC ports that have either 3mm clips or 5mm/MechTech ports.

Keep up the good work. With all the PCC waves being spotted at T.J Maxx, Marshall's, and Ross stores, I'm sure folks will be wanting all these converters for projects.

THIS is a brilliant idea! Use all those extra powder blue cubes for something good!

    Thanks!

This is a good idea. I'll add it to my list.
I don't have any Mechtech figures so can anybody tell me what size the holes are and if there are anything special with them besides the gimmicky weapons?

Also, NEW PICS AND INFO HERE: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/commi...ble-cores-shapeways-information-feedback.html
:D  Sorry about the pics though. My good camera died on me. Did my best with my iPhone.

They're just 5mm holes, nothing special other than the name. Some have spring-loaded panels in them to fill the hole while not in use, but I believe the majority are just the hole.

They're just 5mm pegged weapons with a spring-loaded gimmick, nothing more.

A fancy way to do both sets of mods is to add 5mm holes in the center of the cube faces, and grooves on the edges to suit 3mm clips. Not sure how bad that'd effect cost or strength of the plastic tho, heh.

    ^Thanks guys!
Quick question for everybody. Anybody inerested in chest plates for the PCC? I.E, a roller type drone for Crankcase that mimics Menasor's chest?

I was thinking of using the car minicons for that purpose. If you make the chest pieces look like the originals I'd get some. Maybe make them more useful as shields or weapons.

I'd be down for chest pieces, but to be honest, I'd probably be pickier about which I bought than some of the other pieces, if I had a specific project in mind and you had a good chest for it, I'd buy it, but I don't think I'd pick any up just to have them in my parts-archive.

For that would be involved there, you may just want to buy a Railracer :)

Shapeways parts are reasonable, but they're not cheap.

Just like the other parts of the PCC upgrades, i'll be making them multipurpose.

I'm going to start with G1 style chest pieces, then work on "generic" ones that will work with most(if not all) PCCs.
That's probably out of my league. Also, you might be able to track down Rail Racer, or possibly JRX, for relatively cheap.

^ Not yet boss but I should have an update within the next 2 weeks. Waiting on new parts. If they work out as intended, it should be released shortly. ;)

These look pretty cool, i also spotted your PCC to 5mm conversion kit, I see your thinking beyond just PCC and Energon molds for the fists!
