Minor/Repaint: Classic G2 Sideswipe

    Classic G2 Sideswipe

    Started off as a Generation Red Alert. Filled up the roof and added some extra kicks to the bot so that it look more like the comic version. Taken inspiration from the original toy version, 2010 botcon version and the drawing posted before.

    Spike wheels were custom made from random wheels and sharpen plastic rod. Fixed them on a rotatable joints manually fix on bot shoulders.

    Bullets chain consists of fake metal bullets and leather belt. There's a buckle at the back of the belt for easier mounting.

    Glow in the dark paint applied to windscreen and headlights.

    this is so beurifu that it hurts! and it relly hurts *lol* cause the neon green is so damn nice and shiny (glow in the dark?) that it burn in my eyes ^^

    Maybe it's the nostalgia talking (G2 Sideswipe was my 1st Transformer after all), but this is just incredible (the little touches add a great deal), and I didn't even like the mold until now.

    Thanks to all!

    It was originally in powder form (Taiwanese product). I mixed it with different clear paints before using it with airbrush. Did clog my brush few times :D

    Nice, really nice job.

    i also got the Glow in the dark paint, but that is tick and not easy to apply, also not so green like yours... is that the powder you get it from that guy?

    Nicely done jicco....glow in the dark....nice leh.... i like the weapon with the bullet chain....how u get this kind of custom weapon a.....i walking around amcorp like a mad man to search for suitable things...hard to find leh...

    Oiyuh? back to repaint dy ah? i thought u told everyone that you duno how to paint ??? Haha....bro....wait to see u back on repainting...ur tatoo's figure is awesome.......

    Yea from the local seller. I mixed the powder with lots of different colors and consistency to use it with airbrush. Lots of trial and errors, and wastage, heh.

    I got this from those 1/12 figure seller, and it's hard to tell when they have what, lol.
