I like the Unicron claws for sure, I'm wondering if you thought of using energon scorponoks digger claws? Would be cool to have the missiles and bulk of those claws in on your bash. Either way, keep it going, this is seriously awesome.
Nice! The leaner, more arthropod-like proportions are really striking, but at the same time that solid core of good old fashioned chunky block robot looks like this Scorponok will still have a sort of classical style to him. zmog
It looks good, but my gripe and only gripe are the handles on the arms. Still I bet those will be remove shortly.

I agree still trying to see if I need them to function as blasters.... UPDATE3: Well had some setbacks 3 minicon are now beyond repair... so for now I've scrapped the head master, also the one I made previous will serve as another cause so here's a few different robot configuration... I'll try more when I wake up!
I meant the scorpion arms and eventually robot arms. I wasn't specific...damn. Anyways I think scrap Scorponok and make Black Zarak and come back to make Scorponok, but thats my opinion.

Yeah still undecided at this point, have to make pics of dual gun modes (BZ would kickass but I want my Scorp to battle FM eventually ) THANK YOU SO MUCH!! UPDATE4: Ok some heavy misstransformations to see if I could find some decent city-modes, well judge for yourselves.. which one(s) [order 1.2.3.4 etc] do you guys like? Still haven't worked out the headmaster.. it's driving me nuts O well I'm pretty happy so far

Looks good, the tail is fine. Scorpions are sposed to be a bit spindly, not chunky. Good design concept.
use beast wars tm rampage's multijointed crab claw arms for the scorpion legs you would need at least 3 sets of the arm joints from tm bw rampage but thoise are some high strength ratchet joints
I think the second last city mode pick looks alot like a mid ocean oil drilling platform... maybe use that as your city mode? Good work though- this is looking really good.
