Lime is right, the hands are not exactly the same, but startlingly similar, you can actually interchange them if not for the different wrist joint sizes. So regarding Leader Ironhide and Bumblebee, in order to create add-ons for them I need to own the figure for physical reference. I don't have both those figures unfortunately, so you guys have to really convince me to cough out the dough to get them. Besides, I don't make much profit from these orders, the total profit so far (like from my Leader SS hands) can't even pay for a full Leader figure. Aaand I don't want to raise prices cuz I want my designs to be available to as many as possible. Unless someone wants to give me an IH or BB... Thanks Z. Well, we need not do it like how I did for Leader SS hands. We can do it like how it is for Leader Prime hands, depending how IH's fists sit into the forearm. It might not impede the weapons at all. That being said, how hard is it to disassemble the forearms? Well...in my position I can't demand anything cuz we are all 3rd party people. I'm powerless (and not in a position to) demand any rights cuz we have none. If others are making money out of my stuff it's fine as long as they are putting effort into it, like installing and painting for a custom. All I ask for is a mention in the credits. Even if they try to make molds and cast these hands to sell, it's still effort and material costs on their part. Besides, no one can beat my prices. I'll be crazy mad though if I see people selling just the item, like Thuggers, unpainted, unassembled on ebay for $50 cuz they basically abused the system.
Not hard to break down at all. One of the clearance issues is in truck mode his hands rest right above some molded details on the battery pack, leaving you about 1/8th of an inch clearance going forward, one could possibly alter the battery pack to add the clearance. Shoot me an e-mail I can probably send you the arms off my spare IH to get the measurements, as long as I get them back at some point I'll be ordering several of these sets when I get paid in a few weeks cant wait to get them, thanks again for the service.
Oh these are quite nice! I don't own a DotM Leader SP... so about how large are these hands exactly? So many goodies in Shapeways... kinda lame to hear that you get so little off the parts though.

awesome hands, i too am waiting for something for leader prime, his original hands make him so inanimate and lifeless i do believe itll be much more worth the effort to pump out prime hands moreso than SP and Starscream since prime is a big name main character after all. you should also try coming up with some weapons that are to-scale to the different types of figures; guns for deluxe/voyager/leader,etc, thatd be the icing on the cake, these mechtech guns are so disgustipating on these figs, but of course its not like their aimed for us to begin with lol keep up the great work, shapeways is one of the best things to happen to anyone who comes up with these custom pieces

I'll probably take you up on the offer for IH's arms, but not too soon and I'm handling several other projects in the meantime. I can't handle IH right now... Lol...I can always raise my prices much higher, but that won't be fun for everyone... Lime is right, both SP and OP's hands are similar in size. About 1" x 0.5" x 0.75" per hand. Thanks dude...Seeing your Sideways (which is my favourite character by the way) I know you will do an awesome job! Only in indigo, red, grey, black and white I think. I recommend just getting white and painting it yourself (even if it's just one colour) as the material takes paint really well. It's pretty easy so don't worry about it. Thanks for your words GG I might come up woth some weapons, but that will come later. I'll try to come up with OP's hands soon so stay tuned for that. I really am busy! Soon...
