I have been commissioned to do 28 weapons of Primus. Each with specific elements. The first One I present to you is the Sword of Cognition. This rare sword is sought by the most powerful rulers on Cybertron. The sword is powered fully by the imagination of whomever wields it. Unlike image protector technology, the illusion elemental weapon is of a much higher class. It is able to not only alter visual sensors of transformers, but also its audio sensors, creating a completely surreal fantasy. The wielder can use it to project a larger army, alter visual terrain of enemies, set up ambush, etc. The sword itself, while majestic to look upon holds no real defensive or offensive capabilities on its own. The sword can also form into a smaller dagger for easier transport.
That's pretty tight. Looks like it was made from the spires in the Cybertron flashback from the TFTM when Prime is telling Sam about Megatron. So you have 27 more unique weapons coming? AWESOME!
Incredible. I would suggest giving this a very light black wash/weathering treatment. I really think it would highlight this piece, this concept, and your brush work. I'd also like to complement you on your presentation growth. I've followed your work literally from day one (with a certain piece sitting on my desk that you know I'm talking about). This is some of the most fun I've ever had in Radicons is following an artist from when they first post, and just watch them increase in all things exponentially. Rumble02 = pushing his own envelope with every single piece
Wow. I'm intrigued. Frankly, I've never heard of the 28 swords before but, damn...it's an uber cool concept!
Love the weapon! Even if you say it has no "power of its own" I am sure when an enemy gets close you can still use them sharp edges!
thanks again everyone. to answer a few questions. all weapons will not combine and not all of them are swords. some will be guns, launchers, armor, shield, melee. all kinds of stuffs.
I like the HLJ weapons. They fit the TF's pretty well, except for the handles being skinny. http://http://www.hlj.com/product/KBYMW-15
yeah nice usage of the kotobukiya kits. always useful they are and some are in great scale with transformers.
