I did the same mod a few months ago. I noticed you didn't do the knee joint either. That's the one grey spot I had on Cliff left as well. Didn't think removing 4 pins was worth it for that tiny part. I have Pretender Vroom's big gun on Cliff and little one on Bee. I also discovered that the posts on the arms you peg the doors onto in bot mode are a perfect minicon port. Classics Steelwind makes a great looking crossbow blaster kinda thing on 'bee with all the other grey.
Nice swaps. I've done a bit of this, but not all the way. It's interesting... usually I like BB to have more black on him, but your version will all the pale gray actually looks surprisingly good! zmog

I took all the silver off my CJ, except for the roof and the rear of the car (around licence plate), and the headlights under the paint are smoke tinted so they look cool bare. And painted the grilles and removed the white stripes on Bumblebee, I am going to remove the paint from the seats on CJ & Bumblebee to make them black so they blend in with the legs.
I really dig the shoulder guns on Bee, but the rifle from Prime just looks off (it's so very distinctive of "Prime").
