It is a result of a lot of work and patience cuz bashing Tidal Wave mold is really a pain in the nuts. This customs was inspired on LSOTW Overlord, but totally in my way. You can see the W.I.P pics here: Classic/Generations Overlord - W.I.P Once again kudos to my friend Ricbot who patiently did the paint apps on the green ramps and also did the silver details on the legs/tank section. All the other parts I did myself. Although my intention was to use the original riffle, I had to bash a new riffle for him because I couldn't put the original G1's on a stake due its rareness and I would never afford 40 bucks on a new one from ebay. Well...Everything has been bashed here...Why not the riffle? There ain't no complex paintjob schemes or techniques here but it ended up exactly the way I like my paint apps to be: Clean and G1 stile. By now, I'm posting the robot mode and tomorrow I'll be updating this thread with the altmodes pics and a few group shots with my Wreckers. Please have your saying and thank you very much for looking. |

My only critique would be the arms seem too short compared to the legs, or is it the legs are a tad too long? But I guess we need to cater for the alt modes so I guess it's alright. Gives him an imposing stature so it's great! Yes, the comparison pics with G1 really show how much evolution has gone into this. I wonder how much you've spent ![]() |
