some were not done yet and some were reserved until the site is completed. thanks for staying in tuned!
Huh? So it's a commission then? BTW, I think you should make the blue panels on his abdomen instead of settling with the ones on the mold. that way, you'll be able to give him a much more accurate look whilst eliminating the thin-look at the same! Other than that tiny suggestion, awesome work dude!
You mean you don't paint these? Huh, that's a loooong way to go from the Philippines to Ohio with the tin... it doesn't get messed up on the way there?? Ballsy man, . I kid I kid. I do wonder though, what shade of blue is this being painted? I'm wondering if you will be using the same shade that I found which iiiiisssss..... Racing blue from tamiya in the spray can.
i did paint the one that's going to Ohio actually. and, yes, before i used racing blue. but particularly with the ohio ops i used mica blue. its lighter than racing blue and just as metallic. i will incase it with a coffin-like box. lol
The build looks amazing! I can't believe you didn't take pics after painting. One suggestion with the build, though. You could fill in those hollow cylindrical thingies sitting on his shoulders. AFAIK they should be covered in robot mode. Some of the customizers here like Altezen have done something like that.
I cant understand why someone would go through all the time and effort to make something that looks this amazing and then not take pictures of it once its finished.
the one presented here was painted by Hobbystation. i didnt had the chance to take pictures of it because its gone to the hands of their client on my next visit. the one going to Ohio will be posted by my client soon as he receives it. =) thanks for the suggestion. what parts actually did they use to cover the hole/hollow cylinder opening?
sorry about that, man. i terribly am. my client will post it for me soon as he receives it. but thanks!
I recently visited GH and I saw an awesome Powerup Prime custom displayed in one of the store windows. I assume that's one of yours. I don't know, but I've found that the TFTM LC Prime has a corresponding shoulder part that you can cut out and it fills in the hollow area almost exactly. Here's what I'm talking about (encircled in green):
Thank you! just when were you in GH? i was there last night in that exact store. yup, that was #1 GK Special 1st Anniv Edition. The name of the shop is Bigboys... kilala mo siguro si Sean at Jeff =) Salamat for the efforts of showing me the part. i still have a pair of those yepeeee!!!!
