if you could find and apply a G1 Onslaught head it would be perfect.

    thank you

thanks man, I like how this figure came with a visor in the first. The yellow does look pretty cool :)

Thanks Kjeevahh, I have a couple myself actually. I wish I could do a cast of that one and then shrink it though for this figure but I haven't messed around with casting yet.

Looks great. And maybe a headswap with classics Grimock? Regardless the paintjob is great. I'd love to see some less 'shadowy' shots though!!.

That's an excellent idea with Classics Grimmy's head. I'll have to do that for my own set when I get to it.

Do you mean some spots are too dark to see? I can fix that.

Surely that'd be far too big for a Deluxe mould?

Actually, I modded a Barricade into Onslaught a few years back, and it was surprisingly easy, and I didn't need to remove it from the body (that would have been the difficult part). :p
Basically, I sawed off the Danishes, and sculpted new ear vents and a faceplate, and it works pretty well. The figure's downstairs half-repainted (again), but I'll snap a pic or two tomorrow if you're interested.

Yours is looking pretty darned cool so far, though. :)

Awesome. The paint job looks great, and these pics show more detail (or maybe it was the PC I was using before). I dig this mold a lot.

Thanks man, I actually snapped some shots with camera flash which I don't like to do because I think flash tends to alter the surface colors a bit but this one came out rather accurate.

It's an awesome mold to work with and it looks so much better as Classics Onslaught too. I've already made it a personal priority to paint all of my own Combaticons just like this one :)

Like the vehicle mode pics. I notice you've left the launch rack extended, which leaves a gap between the thighs, but it still works pretty well.

Here are the pics I promised of my Onslaught's head, which was modded pretty easily from Barricade's. Hope they're useful. :)

First off, your Onslaught looks amazing.....absolutely amazing.

Secondly, if you decide to go with just a headswap with the Classics Grimmy head and don't have one, I have one that you can have, no payment and no shipping, just need your address and I can drop it in the mail for ya. I have no plans of using it ever and I'd rather it go to someone that could eventually use it, so just keep that in mind man.

    Again, amazing job on Onslaught.
