Super cool. I'm working on a custom using this mold & a different but similar head. I'd love to know how you got that LED in there.

Same here! I finally got my hands on this mold; getting LEDs for the lights shouldn't be too hard, but how did you get the wiring to work for his head given how the whole section pivots around when he transforms? His head must have a separate battery from the headlights, right?

Any chance of a brief description of how you set the LED in the head? I've been thinking of replacing the neck post completely & trying to set the LED as the ball joint but I'm hesitant to commit to that course of action lol

Where are you thinking of placing the battery? For the lights it's a no brainer; the section under the hood where the gun goes has the perfect amount of space...but for the head I was pondering whether there'd be room on the underside of the revolving platform that the head sits on...

That's where I was thinking, I need to take a closer look when I get home. I'm really only interested in lighting the head so I figure I won't need a large battery but honestly this is my first attempt @ working with LEDs so I don't really know what I'm doing.

Hey ya, gericault you got the point. battery and switch is located underhood at the gun's place. For the eyes, i drill inside his head and shaved a 3mm led into shape and store inside his head. Then, link a wire out through behind of his head. For sure, u need to dremel some part to allow wire pass through, and avoid breaking them when transform. THat is the reason i accidently scratch and make the paint chipped. Then the wire is link to the headlights. My jazz is control by only 1 switch then power up all led :)
