This is a wip that will eventually have Optimus made from Orion Pax, Jazz, Beachcomber, Sky Dive, and Mirage. This is a real work in progress and I know the story needs some work but you will get the idea.

Here is the back story.
The battle of the PowerCore Combiners and the Coremasters was ravaging lands on both Earth and Cybertron. Megatron had not been heard from in several stellercycles Since the Arrival of Steamhammer. Optimus feared that ,even with the Dinobots, joined by Grimstone, the war was one that could not be won. Insanity was raging through the Decepticon PCC Unites as they hadnt perfected Powercore Tech before unleashing it. Optimus, Jazz, Mirage, Beachcomber, and Sky Dive began to work on a the new project when Mirage accidently dropped a core fragment causing an explosion. When the team awoke The autobots were stuck in Alt mode, But Prime had undergone a transformation. He looked younger, and didn't answer to Prime but referred to himself as Orion Pax. As the team tried to regain bot modes, Orion Pax rose into the air and began to change, the other bots began to attach to him. Each bot held a piece of Optimus Primes Consciousness and memory inside them. When Combined they formed a new Optimus Prime. Ready to join the battle, they await the return of Megatron, while trying to find a way to undo what has been done.

 

I thought of doing the exact same thing ! Looks really great so far!

My vote is for Hound.

 

I voted Hound as his tracking skills would be an asset to the team.

This looks very cool, I wonder if a WFC Prime head would fit easily enough to be the "Commander Prime" head.

 

I had thought of that but decided I didnt want to scout out another prime or prime head so I went with Protoform Prime from the first movie. I am please with this choice. LOL. Fireflight is almost done. Each Drone will be recognizable as the g1 figure but different enough to fit the PCC Universe.

 

Hah! Sorry it didn't register that head was Proto Prime's! I did stare at it thinking "Damn, his paint brought out all kinds of details I never noticed!"

i Picked hound,yeah there's alot of reasons really. also,what bout my idea of making the trailer turn into additional battle armor or some sort of BRG of sorts,Rumble. may i suggest using one of those hot wheels trailers that include a almost scout-sized truck that includes a trailer and a regular hot wheels car?

 

I have been working on that indeed. Not totally sure where it will go but yes working on it.

Turn the "rocket truck" into Roadbuster, to go with the Whirl chopper. Hey, you could almost do a PCC Wreckers set. Commander Ultra Magnus, Sandstorm the attack buggy, Whirl the attack copter, Roadbuster the armored truck and Broadside the jet.

 

On the drones? Just make em all, silly. They're easy little repaints, you could eventually have all of the Autobots if you buy enough drones to repaint. Also, the head on the core combiner would be made better if it was taken from like a deluxe prime or something, more Optimussy.

 

Thanks guys. I do Think I will do what i can with the trailer but as for the combined Prime head, it will stay as is. I just really dig the way it looks to me. Its Prime but obviously not G1.
