Surprised nobody's done this yet. :)
had some pretty beat up originals sitting around waiting for the perfect mold to show itself. then we got WFC megatron which has a cybertronian jet mode and a tank mode. I couldn't help myself. this is a quick tape job and some sloppy digibashing but I think it'll work. I'm hoping these won't drag out for months on end. but probably will. :(

I just LOVED twin twist and topspin as a kid. I had hardwood floors in my bedroom when I was a kid, and those guys worked SO good.

Itll be fun to see these done! good luck

Damn that is one great idea. I just got an extra Megs too. I might try these. I think I'd like to find 2 separate molds for these guys but this works for one of them

I'm liking this idea a lot Wheeljack! (like all your customs) What's this cybertronian jet mode you speak of. The only modes I know of is the regular tank mode and the Galvatron-like cannon fan-mode. How do you make Megs look like a jet?

Edit: I did just find the pictures of the sweet gerwalk mode in his toy discussion/review thread but no jet mode unless you mean the hover tank mode where you just fold his arms flat against the bottom of his alt. mode.

Love seeing Twin Twist customs. It's the first, and one of the few TFs I owned as a kid. Mostly had Gobots.
