G1 trailbreaker Upgrade head - UPDATED -

Hi guys, some of you know me for my Orion Pax custom head and the perceptor head, well now I decided to improve another G1 figure head, TRAILBREAKER. I was tired of looking at that drone type face of him so I re sculpted his face into a more diaclone concept face. The piece would allow for someone who likes this head to improve his figure without any major alterations or work than removing the original head screw, replace the front part of the head and voila!! ready to roll!!

Ingenious stuff! Very inventive way to improve the original figure. Likeness is very good too. Once painted, it would look very close to the animation model.

 

u selling those perceptor heads?

Dude I have and love your Orion Pax head! It's the only thing I hang over the heads of other collectors as bragging rights!

First post updated, please give me Your feedback. I casted another one and painted the face in gunmetal, but i think that black is best.

 

It may not be accurate or whatever, but I think it would look better with a red visor.

 

Sweet job and the color choice is exactly what I would have done  

 

I would love to have a couple of those Trailbreaker heads. That's just awesome.

 

Nice work, I really dig it. I think I might like the visor better in the original red. It would be great if you were able to create a removable mouth guard cover for your custom to mirror the original.
