Heavy/Scratch: This started out as just a dry brush test

    UPDATE! COMPLETE 99,9% (only small touch-up's left)

    ADDED:
    -first re-sculpted head attempt from armada prime
    -first attempt to scratch-build semi-transparent eyes
    -first use of optic fibers from Lego exoforce
    -paint flat red + dry-brush dark metallic + light silver/blue/bronze detailing
    -first experimental battle damage (broken opponent parts ;) )

    TODO:
    -nothing!

    Tips and comments are more than welcome... :D

    sunlight is always better for bright colors ;)

    yup I know... It's just the paint (well and maybe brush) :( 

    I'll be buying some better paint next time...

    Until now i've only used REVELL model paint!

    But it's ok Ill do battle damage etc. for first time also...
    this will be a test object... heheh

    maybe try thining out the paint?it should flow out better(be smoother)

    UPDATE: Well only a small piece by the left door/window chipped of...

    Actually I'm not even gonna paint the insides red I like the contrast I gives!!! :D 

    Now detailing and some touching up...

    O and more important.... IronHide or Prime?? with or without mud/wear/damage?
    (will be a test subject cuz I never did those effects before!)

    I think this would make a great movie alternator prime ! maybe optimus minor ? before he goes big truck ? I think G1 ironide or a prime would look good but im saying prime seeing as i havent seen one yet :D

    Well.... I think I'll go for Prime then ;)  but everyone that likes IronHide does have the WIP pics that look like Ironhide??? :D  Will be working on him tonight, cya!!

    thnx, yup exactly what I'm trying to capture :D 

    but really wanna do Batlle Damage, since I think it will be a fun process and that rough pickup non shining flat paint suits it well I think!
