Wrecker I name you.. Paintball (100%)

Well the title says it all right? NO...??

Ok well... this is a former Decepticon, when he saw the light! (of the allspark  )

He thought NON-Violence would be better and replace all ammo with paintballs

... ehm sort of  

1. this was a damaged Movie bot whole roof section was in 2 pieces
2. burned/melted the parts together
3. for extra support I placed mounting pegs
4. homemade hinged peg mounting inside the right arm
5. OMG... those fitted perfect for the EX-Voyager Iron Hide vehicle/gun-thing
6. and of course the paintjob / effects / detailing!

WOW... Bot mode turned out better than expected...
by accident even found out that turning the turret and flipping over the backside, gives a mech-like battle mode  

I'm thinking of what todo with the inner body work.... stay tuned!

Well I'm finally done with this one I'm pleased with my first 100% completed
I will be honoring the first name I gave him.... So Paintball is Re-Born!

The paintball effects are well done. Nice use of Ironhide's old cannon.

added the different colors, only 1 remains  

 

very cool and unique. My only suggestion (although it's too late) would be that the drips were all going towards the direction of the back of the car, I think that would convey that he was racing around while getting shot at (and the wind blew the drips back) instead, I kinda get the feeling he was "parked" while shot.

I like the name Splattershot too. But maybe something more related to paintball like:

BPS
Bunker
Zinger
APV
Pneumaticon

TOMORROW WHEN ALL PAINT IS DRY, I'll transform for the first time and lets see what comes up next  

 

for some reason when i look at the paint job it makes me think of Wonder Bread.

Totally diggin it. The splatter marks look great. Hey, there's a possible name, splattermark maybe? Meh, maybe not.

If you do an additional one, try a black basecoat and use neon and phosphorescent colors, give it a sort of energon paintball feel...

Make it a Decepticon and you'll have your own paintball tournament players
