Me too! The zoids-like Lio Convoy from the comics is such an awesome concept I'm surprised no one has ever tried it yet. Good luck man.

Yeah, I had the same idea. However, I am way, WAY too far away from executing it. So now I'll have the benefit of seeing it done for myself!
Liger Zero is in pieces, he survived me for half a day. I removed convoy's hands, head, front legs, forearm fur, and reversed his lower legs. Test fitting shows that everything is in perfect scale and Liger Zero is going to come out with a lot of new articulation. It's funny that Takara/Tomy is one company, yet they never made this line. I also have a Deadly Kong on the way and I'm going to order a Brastle Tiger and Soul Tiger, too for my new line. Sweet, Deadly Kong literally just came in the mail.
YES. This is just begging for Jager and Panzer parts! And maybe some Schneider parts, too! I hope minsok's got those sets....
I think I'll break out the drill today. Like Megaman X, I think the designers got Liger Zero right the first time. All the armors after the original look pretty crappy to me. Panzer is the only one I'd consider because it makes an awesome animal/vehicle hybrid, which is where transformers needs to go now.

Not bad. Someone showed me another Robot Masters version that was a lot like that on another thread, except it was just a regular shield liger. I just have to wait for the apoxie to cure a few more hours and I'll post pictures today. It's looking REAL good.
