Love these little guys, so they needed some paint upgrades for the plain plastic parts that were dominant in each one's bot modes. Nothing major.

    Brimstone:

This guy has amazing engine details molded in, but the pale grey plastic doesn't show them well. Some black wash with Model Master Acryl Flat Black and then a heavy over brush of Tamiya Color XF-56 Metallic Grey brings it out. Details and chrome parts are in Tamiya Color XF-16 Flat Aluminum.

I think the paint does him the most good in bike mode, paired with Hasbro's excellent green and blue flame paintjob on the bike fairings and gastank.

    Hubcap

His painjob was 95% improvements to bot mode, where he too has some nice mold details particularly in his arms:

Again, paints used were Model Master Acryl Flat Black, Tamiya Color XF-56 Metallic Grey, and Tamiya Color XF-16 Flat Aluminum.

Altmode has very little change from the added paint - I'm quite fond of the red Hasbro used and decided to keep it.
