much thanks to Primo for the idea on using the figure for a powermaster! MATT "GINRAI" TRAKKER....HUMANOID SCIENTIST FROM NEBULOS...although he did not know it. TRAKKER heads up M.A.S.K., in conjunction with G.I. JOE. Experimenting with making vehicles transform into battle stations. Not fully understanding how he knows how to do this. After coming in contact with Optimus Prime, he remembers that there is more to M.A.S.K. than meets the eye. In keeping with the idea of GINRAI coming to Earth in a human form. So, why not Matt Trakker...would explain his obsession with the transforming cars. I wanted to keep a certain few things..the basic color scheme, the gold bracelets... alt mode will be shown with Prime the 18th! opps....just noticed a couple of things....
Nice! I too am using M.A.S.K.'s ties with G.I. Joe to explain the MASK X-Over I'm doing. Really nice work. Kind of makes me want to pick up this figure...
That aside, this figures paint job is really well done. You have accented the right areas and really defined the human qualities on the figure. One question, what is on his inner thighs? Was that something you added or something that was stock on the figure.
Wow, very creative backstory! I love the way you blended both of them, and gave him his Ginrai colorscheme while at the same time keeping him recognizeable as Matt. Very well done!
It looks to be something he added for the "Powermaster" bit... I have no idea how he's going to give a GI Joe figure an Alt Mode, but I'm intrigued by it! It's a neat concept (has a Joe fig been given an altmode before?), and it'll be interesting to see how it is incorporated into the RTPrime...
