Been slacking lately, lol. Was working on another SS mold ,so thought that I got this done, finally. Wanted to do this since last year. With the recent released of Henkei Ghost SS, i guess it's a good combo to pair this 2 together. This was made referring to the vintage toy version. In the movie, SS was actually monochrome when he was blasted by galvatron. Painted with as much details as I could, yet keeping it simple. The gold was from a japanese paint (Gaianotes) that I recently got into. Results have been great thus far. Instead of the usual purple insignia, thought black would look nicer with a metal one. C&C always welcome and much appreciated.
Really nice work here mate! I think you are pretty darn spot on to the original toy. I also like how the gold brings a bit of a shine to the other flat colors.
Haha another seeker mold painted! That's funny, I was just scoping out my own black Starscream and lamenting the fact I still don't have the clear one. Cheers jicco, this guy looks really good!!

I've always liked that deco, it's a shame they didn't use it on more molds. I have trouble thinking of him as Starscream, but it's a great color combo no matter what his name is. This is a great job, and that gold looks awesome.
