During the Fall of Reach,Cortana in an act of desperation decided to activate an experimental Spartan designed specifically for stealth and assassination to help in the evacuation.It was long rumored that this Spartan fell at the hands of the Covenant protecting the Pillar of Autumn's takeoff.However recent evidence found at several Covenant colony massacres have led the Earth forces that the Shadow Spartan still lives. Armed with an armor that generates an area specific energy shield,and advanced energy blade technology that does not require an exterior source like the ones that the Covenant uses.He also uses an ancient clan weapon that is purported to have mystic properties. This figure has been repainted from a Hayabusa Spartan to be an homage to Ninja Gaiden mainstay,Ryu Hayabusa.
