So I made it to mimic the Generation One color scheme. It has been airbrushed, dry-brushed, and very lightly washed (darker shade of grey). It was a fun one and quite simple actually, just very time consuming with masking off areas.

I used Tamiya paints and sprayed them on through an airbrush. Then I dry-brushed the black and chrome. Thanks!!

THAT would almost make me want to buy an animated figure.

 

BBee, that's a cool color option, I really wanted to make this G1.

Thanks Solrac, I actually debated whether or not to keep this guy for my own collection. I really don't like the animated series too much but after I painted it to be G1, I thought about keeping it. I put a reserve on it on ebay because I'm still 50-50 about it.
