Made from Rotf Legends Class Arcee and mudflap. Hear is my review of Revenge of the Fallen Legends Arcee. Transformer toy review of Revenge of the Fallen Legends Arcee so I may have done the modding, but my girlfriend saved my butt. She painted the toy for me, a big thanks to her and her steady hands.
Awesome work. I'm actually doing a project like this for all three bikes. How did you switch the wheel to the other arm? Share your mods! And.. isn't Chromia the blue one?
I swear the toy is purple!!!! some reason the flash makes it look blue The only real modding that was done was putting one of mud flaps ball joints in Arcee chest. soon as I figure out how to turn off the flash I'm going to take new pictures I'll take a disassembled picture for you.
I'd definitely be interested in seeing how you did that joint thing. I bought 3 of them the other day to do the same thing but was probably just going to do repaints. This has changed my mind! Sweet job dude!
all right I added the disassembled picture however my girlfriend painted the entire inside glossy black.(to make everything blend together) so it's kind of hard to figure stuff out. but if you look at the mudflap picture I also loaded. You'll notice I cut an orange block off his arm. That the orange block I glued inside the chest it's hard to see because its painted black. then you cut the blackball and post off mudflap shoulder and glue at on to the bike wheel. (you do need to cut the bike wheel off first) if you're looking at the front wheel you will notice theirs to cylinders that connected it to the rest of the body I Cut right in the middle of the cylinders.
Very cool stuff! I purchased a second Arcee for this type of mod as well. Fingers are crossed for a Chromia legends to be released, but doubtful. May have to pick up a third for that very reason. Thanks for sharing!
Kickass! I once considered this, but didn't think putting the wheel on like that would work. Hell, it looks better than Arcee does.
