Minor/Repaint: Shattered Glass Cliffjumper (v2.1)

    Okay - this started out as Bumblebee, but the color was horribly wrong. Since I started I've gone back and touched up with some more black washing and redid a few of the details. I then clear coated it with the Future Finish stuff I picked up earlier. The labels from Captured Prey arrived this afternoon as well; allowing me to actually finish this guy.

    The figure was disassembled and primed with grey rustoleum primer. The blue is a navy 'Touch Tone' rattle-can. Silver was dry brushed with acrylic and the grey is primer as well. According to TFWiki (Cliffjumper (SG) - Transformers Wiki) I managed to nail the colors. So when I thought I was painting Bumblebee I was actually making Cliffjumper.

    So here now (with pics from a friend's camera) is my first paint-job in about five years: Shattered Glass Cliffjumper.

    I like these "Shattered Glass" projects, and I agree with AutobotX...this is an evil looking bastard.

    I think you should add that JetSki mod to this one, it has a more aggressive feel to it.

    One bad looking bot! I don't know if it's the red eyes or the short stature but he looks more menacing than a sharkticon with space rabies who's out of energon goodies.

    Thanks! I've been thinking about doing that myself, though I'd like to change the wave-runner to something a bit more destructive. If I could find a miniature mortar-gun I'd be in luck.

    That thought did cross my mind - but first I'd want to knock out Shattered Glass Bumblebee. I'm still looking for another BB/CJ figue for that repaint - once I get him finished I'll do Zombie SG CJ. Thanks for looking!
