    You nee d a X-Actoknifeand a Candle.

    Heat the Knife an Simple Cut through the Fingers of Skids.
    Do this 2 Times, its very simple, but be prepared, every mistake cannot made undone!

    It apparently works on Leader Jetfire...I wouldn't know, I've never done it.

    Too cool!!

    Just did it to mine....he looks fantastic!!!

    And the best part?....didn't even have to disassemble the hand to do it. I just used my Xacto Hobby saw, and followed the factory "cut lines" of the fingers....worked like a charm!!

    Oh, I'd like to do this on Animated Grimlock. (It'd also work on Ultra Magnus but only one cut in each hand, leaving two pairs of separate fingers)

    very cool. I did the same thing on Jetfire and HA Bumblebee, if the fingers share the same pin at the knuckle it will work fine.

    If anyone would like to continue to share similar modifications (articulating fingers residing on the same hinge and only require cutting them apart from each other) feel free to do so, as I qued this for a tutorial resource. The more photos and more contributors, the better :)
