Sorry it isn't perfect pic quality, but you can see enough detail.
The lack of right hand always bugged me with this figure. So, I found a junker 1/144 scale Gundam and used his fist and this connector piece, which happened to fit in perfectly to the little peg on his right arm. I trimmed down the fist peg so that it didn't protrude out so much. The best part is that the fist are roughly equal sized. For alt mode, I just take it off and store it between the legs.
I also took Silver Sharpie to cover up the red parts, and to other areas as well, especially the fist to make it stand out. Kinda sloppy, but I'm pretty proud of it, though it didn't take much work.

I only ask because that is a really quick, easy and great looking mod that I'd like to myself to my Megatron, but 1/144 scale doesn't always mean that all Gundams are the same size, hence hand size might be different.
