My first toy modification and i made it about a month ago. It's a bit sloppy but i'm proud of it. the hand is made out of a marker cap and several claws from an old Doc Oc toy.
The hand can rotate 360 degrees and each claw has two points of articulation and the missle still fires without a problem.
I still want to find some green paint and make the hand blend with the rest of the body a little better. 
this is the pre-glue hand kept together with some tac. gotta love that purple marker cap

Tank mode still looks fairly good

Just kidding. That's pretty cool. You should try adding robotic texture to the cylinder with that sculpting putty stuff that you apparently used as an adhesive. | |
