Well, Here he is. This guy was a WIP for a long time because he had to survive a move to a new house and I lost access to most of the wonderful tools I used to make the others. Nevertheless, My tool collection is slowly building back up. A great many thanks to Alphamagnus, Sculptbot, and the rest of the radicons from the WIP here(Heavy/Scratch: - WIP #7 - Computron) but a special thanks go out to YourReflection for the awesome headsculpt, which made this guy look complete, as well as a lot of really good pointers after the WIP thread went cold. With everyone’s contributions, I give you...Computron:
he looks great Moe! i love what you did w/ individual bots. EXTREMELY creative! keep up the great work!
I've always wanted to use the "Bay" emoticon I just love it. BTW Moe - let me know if you ever want me to cast any of those wooden parts for you - they might last longer that way.
Dude, this one is my fave! YR sent me one of those heads too. Did you just sand down the triangle in the forehead? And I LOVE Afterburners wheel feet
too be honest, i'm not too keen on the individual guys. something about them in robot mode just doesn't sit right with me, but i can't put my finger on what it is. but computron is super badass!!!! amazing work
Holy moly.....yay YR's robo1 head! Dude, this is just so awesome. My favourite is Strafe's used of the Mirage mold, sexy!! Everything is just so good. Only gripe is Nosecose's head is a little off his body, but man...I can't even begin to hate this.
Love the Strafe. And the Afterburner, which would have been even better had it not been for the robot head obviously sticking out underneath. But i think i might have just found a use for my two spare Drag Strips.
Moe comes back with a zinger!!! Very nice work, glad to see it finished. I like that you used the same mold twice but produced 2 completely different Bots. Your choices of Molds all around works well. The combined mode is a very nice rendition of the originals aesthetics.
