Casting the rare JP headmasters vol 1 LEONE Now with pricing and new pics

Well, this sort of thing will make a lot of people very happy and a select few very angry, lol. This is our first run: Leone in inverted colours. We will be doing a clear "Fireguts" version next, and then move on to Trizer and Shuffler. We are undecided on whether we do Kirk, Rodney and Loafer.

PLEASE put me on the wait list for all 6 immediately! The Inverted-colors approach is a VERY smart thing to do to! Keeps them clearly-distinguished from the real-deal, and also still looking "correct."

im glad they are different in color scheme. for guys like me who own the originals and paid a bit of cash for them and it keeps the scaplers from passing them off as real.

 

Very clever move with the color inversion! I applaud your efforts and eagerly wait in anticipation of a clear/Fire guts version being offered, definitely put me on that pre-order list once it gets started! Any plans to do the other heads in a clear motif? I'd buy two "stealth" Trizors in a heartbeat.

I dont have any of these guys, but I DO want them. I completely feel where Megamus is coming from; I'm allowing someone here on the boards to reproduce my Black Zarak's helmet, crest, and staff. Yes - you will be able to customize a junker Scorponok into the $1k badboy himself. Woot. ANyways back on topic... I want THIS headmaster here and all the others yer makin!

Well, I'll have you guys know that because these have rivets, the originals more or less have to be destroyed, so yes, I am fucking up a Shuffler in the name of art. When I reassemble my originals, it will be with fake rivets.

The cassettes however would be irretrievably destroyed if I took them apart, not just for the rivets, but I would have to desticker them. I don't love you guys that much.

 

Hmm well, just an idea, but you could scan them, and have Reprolabels reproduce the stickers (good as new). Then you could sell them maybe as a package deal with Reprolabels.... Even if that doesn't appeal to you, I appreciate what you're doing with the heads. Now we can have body-snatcher heads.

 

No because they are out of Canada and all in all that would be much to complicated....and I would still need to replace my own Dinocassettes. The thought of hunting for/ paying for another Dial makes my stomach churn.

 

I do understand. It's about like asking me to disassemble my LioKaiser. In regard to the heads, keep up the great work! With these particular heads, I always thought they would go well in a Body-Snatcher subplot. To each their own, of course.
