"Saw" movie "Billy the Puppet" crossover

The story:

The FBI and local police had finally become painfully keen to Jigsaw's pattern of unpredictability, but it didn't matter. Jigsaw was always a few steps ahead, expecting the seen and unforeseen circumstances that could potentially obstruct his divine campaign of morbid justice.

As it became increasingly difficult to pursue and apprehend his victims, Jigsaw knew a drastic change in his method was inevitable. Extremely impressed by the efficient transformation technology he had seen portrayed in the movie "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," he decided to implement the same technology into one of his own devices, making it easier than ever to carry out his bidding.

Insidiously yet innocently, Billy the Puppet made his way into a family's home almost effortlessly, disguised as a harmless child's playtoy, making him the ultimate Trojan Horse. Combining his new "D.E.A.D." technology (Drone Enhanced Apprehension Device) with transformation capabilities, Billy unfolds quietly with horrifying precision at Jigsaw's remote command...injects and paralyzes his (adult) victims...and then drags them to a predetermined location for retrieval and "preparation"...

Billy was made from a 12" puppet figure and tricycle combo produced by Neca. I took parts from both, and scratch-built the rest. Everything remains connected during transformation, no parts-forming. The only thing that detaches is his little syringe, which magnetically hides under his torso-panel in alt-mode. I took the sound chip from Billy and installed it in the custom base, which speaks six different quotes straight from the movie at the push of a button.

5 more pics. The 4th is a comparison shot with the original toy I used, & the 5th is a mid-transformation shot.

And this is how he plans to get children for his games.

I've never watched the SAW movies, but this is still a fantastic piece of work.
