Could he be called a hybrid cuz he's G1 style but with ROTF parts ? ... I don't know. He is non-transformable. The decision to go non-transformable comes from the fact that 3 of the "robots" used here came from the ROTF Supreme Combiner Devastator Set, and they had no robot mode. Transformable / non-transformable .... either way, giant robots are freaking sweet.
I still have a bit of work to do on him, mostly painting and reworking the chest piece so its not crooked, and I'm leaving the crane/head removable so I can go back in and install an LED to light up his eyes in the future.
A friend of mine told me I should leave him all one color ... black, but I do plan on painting him green, I just haven't decided which green yet. |
