Pics are a bit crude, but from what I can tell it looks promising! Especially the face!

LOVE the head. It's awesome.

 

Unsure, getting the parts (Mirage's arms, Megatrons's body and Galvatrons's head) plus the weaponry may be hard now. I'll look it up and get back to you sir. If I can get it all together for a decent price, I'll see what I can do.

He looks good, but like they said, the pics are a bit unclear.
As I recall, IDW Bludgeon had a pair of standards flags) that flew off the back of his tank mode and went onto his back in bot mode. I'd link, but I couldn't find any pics online. Something like that would be the perfect finishing touch.

 

I'm waiting for a pair of flags that a friend of mine is making, but that gonna take a while methinks.

As I'm after the new Bludgeon figure, and don't like having two of the same characters in the collection (I know, I'm wierd like that), I'm putting this one up on ebay.
