OPTIMAL WYLUN shout out to autobotx23 for his awesome ironhide to give me the idea so this is wat i did... - arms were from a gundam figure.. i sawed off the Ratchets arm but left its peg and part of its bicep so it kept its bicept 360 rotation.. then from there i just superglued/fixit sculpted the new gundam arm on permanently. - hands are from bluestreak, - gun from a gundam's with alot of work on it - head - Tigertron "beast Wars" so this is wat happens for me... when pre "wylun" takes Optimus' Spark! - but of course in the end, optimus comes back somehow and wylun gives back the matrix to him.. ya.. and Optimal wylun goes back to wylun... but hey, he gets to keep his new look still thanks for lOOoOKING!
I actually had a dream about the Matrix because of this bash! Great work and awesome animation. Would it be horrible of me to mention that the Matrix is upside down?
If your gonna give constructive criticism, sir, get the terminology right. Its Dynames (Gundam 00 Series, suit of Gundam Meister Lockon Statos from Season 1). Wylun, I think these arms are a better fit than the Gundam Seed Astray Blue Frame that I used, they are a stockier and thicker. I love what you did with the weapon, too, man. I'm not sure about the grill without the front snapped on, but it fits the character well! Great Work, and I'm glad you dug mine enough to do your own.
I was really charmed by your last thread and I love the fact that in order to convey one character you made two really nice customs. Well presented and the gif is great. Bring more.
Seriously nice use of a BW head to create a matrixed character. And definitely as everyone else mentioned, the GIF really sells it.
lol ya that was my first stop motion ever.. im very noob to it. but i like it too haha. thanks man! lol cant wait to see! thanks man im glad u like it thanks, took me long to find a good face haha, and i was very 50/50 on going w/ the face grill or the original grill guard in the front.. i guess it came out fine ya choosing the color took me long.. but cant go wrong w/ blue now lol, i think the arms are ok actually.. wen u see him next to ratchet they look pretty similar in length.. if anything now he doesnt have ridiculously huge forearms.. haha.. but hey. everyones entitled to their own opinion =P i'm literally freakin like wow that u knew that was a dynames tho haha. lol thanks man its my first one.. and hopefully first of many more.. maybe i'll make it a new thing to always make some kinda animation for all my customs.. LOL on the dynames... damn you kno i was so shocked when he knew what gundam i used.. im like wow... and i didnt even say i used dynames'...theres like literally 100000 gundams out there and i just used his arm... and i thought all of them looked pretty similar.. but ya man i loved ur ironhide, i was itching to do something similar, all props go to you man! thats why wen i was making it and i saw u selling it. i was like oh man how do u sell it.. i'mma hug mine to sleep everynight lol thanks man, im pretty new to this site but its nice to kno that ppl notice me somewhat haha, will bring more! lol dude man. its cuz of u that im in here.. i literally just followed u over here somehow when u first sent me that tutorial.. and im like.. wtf is TFW2005? and then i was like opened to a whole new world of customizing.. i felt like the 100+ customes i did on figurerealm were a joke now haha. so much new techniques, ideas, and the ppl in here are alot nicer also and helpful! this site in general is alot cooler.. not to bash on figurerealm tho.. it really started me into customizing too.. this site just brought me to another level but thx mampy, really man ur ROTF OP really brought me into doing only TF's literally haha.. lol thanks man. hey everyones open to their own interpretation and opinions.. so i dont mind if someone hates or see's something wrong.. cuz there might really be haha.. haha ya i think imma just start doing stopmotion gifs for all my customes.. it was really fun making it tooo,.. and not really knowing how its going to turn out until u watch it on ur comp and ur like woow it worked!
Wonderful job but you have to have "you've got the touch" playing in the background when watching the GIF...brings it to a whole new level. Great job.
