Chibi is sometimes referred to as "Super Deformed" - see SD Gundam - but is generally not intended to be taken as an insult. It's meaning is something more akin to "smaller/cuter version," and was probably used because your Wheeljack does sort of look like a squished together Lancia. I'll be waiting to see how this plays out in the bot-mode. *nod* "normal" "chibi"
ok i get it. but he is the same size as any other classic car. but in general i intended for him to be differant form , yet simular to the g1. just like classics bumble bee, ironhide,powerglide, & even Optimus Prime. i think even if hasbro made a wheeljack it wouldnt be a lancia stratos... its 1970's car that is not in production, maybe a DBS would serfice. but i see your point and agree. but i personally dont want a sunstreaker,sideswipe,Redalert,punch/counter punch,any stunticon,and then wheeljack from the same mold kind of redundant, but repetition, and me too, seem to be the thing now adays.
