First of all, before I even say anything, sorry FR, I do not mean to steal your limelight. Anyway, your 14" staff rocks ! I guess its really a big coincidence.
Here is my version.
- modded Hands - custom cast hand with articulated fingers
- added detail on eyes to create a glow of red
- painted based on movie accurate details

We all seems to piggyback off eachother, and we all benefit from it.
