Torso looks weird. | yup yup, torso too long me thinks, maybe you should made the upper torso sit closer to the lower torso and hide the hinge, that should make the torso look less, weirder. if you do that, he'll probably shrink down to primes size

The main problem with this is the arms; they're not big enough and make him look spindly. The paintwork is excellent though, and I think you're the first one that made him actually black instead of some kind of grey, major kudos for that!  s  | |
