    After Speeking with Mandingo Rex over at Hisstank.com and seeing his idea for Sparkplug I just had try my hand at my firts GI-Joe Custom. So Here he is Ronald William Witwicky a.k.a. Sparkplug complete with trusty wrench.

    Parts used:
    Body: Speed Racer "Pops"
    Open Shirt: ROC Heavy Duty
    Boots: ROC Heavy Duty
    Wrench: Legos

    Yeah I'm thinking of trying my hand at Dr Arkeville myself also. I've just about got a good idea in my head how to make him come to life.

    This is like a cross between Dan Connor and "Sparkplug" Witwichy". Nice crossover between G1 and new Movie aesthetics!!!

    John Goodman would have been a cool-a$$ Sparkplug, with a bowling bag....

    If any one wants one of these I could make others I know where to get my hands on about 3 more Speed racer figures to do this custom. So send me a PM if you want one.

    Yes those 2 figures would be the start of Dr. Archville, along with afew other parts I have in mind.

    I would have loved to see John Goodman play Ron's charchater

    Now that I go back and read that it is pretty funny :lol 

    Yes Sparkplug is in dierse need of his long lost Hardhat, but I havn't been able to find one. If anyone out there has a loose GI Joe figure size Hard hat please shoot me a PM.


    I was really hoping that this being my first custom of this kind I would get a good responce, and I have, so everyone thanks for all your kind words.

    Haha, I just saw this. Great job. I still haven't touched my Sparkplug in over a year, I need to get to it so he can go with my Spike.
