I usually toast the bread first, so it'll be somewhat crunchy. Then I add about a teaspoon of butter onto a skillet (med heat) and throw the cheese toast sandwich on it.
Be careful to only flip each side once , like pancakes.
Wait about 2 minutes, pressing down on the side until you notice the other side is'nt cooking anymore, then FLIP.
Do the same and remove from skillet. Grilled cheese FTW!
Feel free to add any optional flavors, such as bacon or ham.

My favorite grilled cheese sandwich is American cheese with onion, tomato, and mayonnaise. The Wheelie looks great. What color/brand of paints did you use?

 

I use mozzerella cheese myself.

I think the truck mode would benefit a bit more from a little more detailing. Chrome rollbars, cow catcher and bumper, black fender flares and maybe even a few decals.
